Return & Exchange Policy

To have a whole new and easy shopping experience at home, the Brands Outlet provides 30 days return and exchange policy for you. You can return or exchange all items with in 30 days of product receipt.

Exchange Policy:

1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

• If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply 
• Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
• You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
• Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).      

please note that this process may take 4-6 working days.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

• If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply
• Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
• You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
• Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).     
• 200 Delivery charges will be Charged in any case of exchange

please note that this process may take 4-6 working days.

Return Policy:

1. What if I wish to return my product?

• If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
•  send/courier us the product at our Lahore Office (address will be provided at the time of return filed).
•  Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount.
  200 Delivery charges will be Deduct in any case of return

2.How will I get My refund?

There are two options for refund:

If you want to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer or Easy Pasa.
